The Eastside Business Awards are held annually and present awards over six categories. A tribute to the entrepreneurial sprit that contributes economically and fundamentally to the local community, a panel comprised of regional business leaders selects the top performing companies from each category.

With growth a leading factor in determining award winners, Legacy was a natural fit. After a successful re-branding campaign in 2000, spearheaded by owner Cliff Hurn, sales skyrocketed from $6.3 million in 2001 to more than $18 million in 2005. Business has tripled in just four years, and just recently, Legacy moved into a new Redmond office and warehouse built specifically for the company.

The latest award joins other accolades Legacy recently received including recognition by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of Washington’s fastest growing companies in 2005 and additionally awarded the prestigious Remodeling Excellence Award presented by the Master Builders Association in August of 2005.
